Pam Baer: Internationally Recognized Author And Speaker On The Subject Of Leadership, Innovation And Change

Pam Baer is an author and speaker on the subjects of leadership, innovation and change. She is internationally recognized as a transformational leader, consultant and keynote speaker with more than 30 years of experience in the private sector, non-profit organizations and academia. She consults with organizations such as Harvard University, Coca-Cola and Harpo Productions.

She has been featured on the cover of numerous magazines and is a regular contributor to several publications including The Huffington Post. Pam’s latest book “Why Hasn’t She Twinkled Yet? Workplace Survival Strategies for Women Who Refuse to Say Goodbye” is published by The American Management Association. She has also authored “Leadership for Social Change, Innovation Unleashed and Leading with Intention”

Her professional awards include the inaugural Leadership Award from the Chicago Area Women’s Leadership Association (CAWLA)and Who’s Who of Executive Women. Pam Baer has also received the University of Southern California Associates’ Outstanding Alumni Award and was inducted into the Professional Woman’s College Preparatory Foundation International Women’s Hall of Fame.

Pam Baer is also a Founding Board member of The National Association for Female Executives (NAFE) and served as President of The Association for Women in Science (AWIS). She has held senior executive positions at Lucent Technologies, Citibank Private Bank, U.S. Trust Company and other highly ranked global companies.

Pam holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Pepperdine University where she was named Outstanding Business School Graduate. Pam Baer has completed postgraduate studies at the Universite’ de la Sorbonne in Paris and earned two graduate certificates from Harvard University -one in Executive Education and another in Organizational Development.

Pam is currently an Adjunct Associate Professor at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology where she lectures on Leadership and Change. She is a registered coach with The International Coach Federation and a member of the American Management Association, World Economic Forum, International Women’s Forum and Professional Woman’s College Preparatory Foundation.
